Description: This pin measures approximately 2 1/4" wide and it is 5/8" high. It is in excellent condition with gorgeous deep red glass stones, some that seem like gripoix with rounded tops, and others that are faceted, like the chatons. It's a gorgeous piece, made also with silvertone metal. This was made by Delizza and Elster, probably in the 1950's, and it is listed in the Delizza and Elster Data Base of all their work that has been discovered so far. The key identifiers on this brooch are the figure eights, four sets of them surrounding the large round center stone. You can see the figure 8's on the back.
