Featuring an adorable, hand painted gal sporting star accented boots, cowboy hat with conch hatband, star trimmed scarf, and cow printed chaps over jeans, she holds a rope in her arms and wears a big conch style belt buckle - clothing has textured detail and I believe this is Polymer clay mounted on a wood backing. Complete with raffia bow hanger which threads through the two eyebolts on back, she bears her original label marked AN EXCLUSIVE DESIGN BY CYNTHIA MADRID FOR MIDWEST OF CANNON FALLS. I purchased her in 1982 - her condition is mint - she has no damage whatsoever and colors are as bright today as when originally purchased.
