Description: Please see the photos. It appears to have minimal to no use. You put the blade in & hold it on center on the adjustable height bracket on the square rod. Clamp it down so it doesn't move and sharpen. Loosen clamp, spin, and do next section. Shipping is high since it weighs over 6 lbs and the square rod that supports the blade can not be removed so it won't fit in a smaller box. We also have a regular unbranded flat saw blade clamp listed and always combine shipping. Both could fit in the same $25 Flat Rate Priority box to anywhere in the USA.
