Angel has wax head and hands with hand painted accents. Dressed in a red velvet and gold brocade fabric with a rich gold braided border. Interior sticker indicates it was made in Western Germany. Quality of craftsmanship indicates it was most likely made by Koestel or a company of similar quality work.Surface wear as seen in pictures. Wings have a light curl to them.
