Description: VINTAGE CHINESE FAMILLE VERTE PORCELAIN ‘PRUNUS & PEONY’ DINNER PLATE You are being offered a Vintage Chinese Porcelain Dinner Plate decorated with a Hand Painted Prunus (Plum) Tree and Peony Blossoms along with a Stenciled Floral Band around its Rim executed in Multi-Colored Overglaze Enamels in the Famille Verte color palette. The Plate has a Qianlong Reign (1736-1795) Four Character Zhuanshu Script Seal stamped in Red Ink on its Underside; but we believe it was made during the People’s Republic Period (Post-1949). The Plate measures a little over 10¼ inches in diameter and its Rim is 1 inch high when it is resting on a flat, level surface. Aside from minor signs of wear consistent with its age, the Dinner Plate is in Very Good to Excellent Condition, without any chips, cracks or scratches.
