Description: This vintage set of Chicago Roller Skates comes complete with a key, case and even the pom-poms from the 1960s. The skates are made by the Chicago Roller Skate Co. Ware Bros. here in the United States and were patented Aug. 15, 1914. They are perfect for indoor roller skating and are sure to provide hours of entertainment. The skates are a ladies size 8 ~ or a teenage girl in the 1960's ~ have minor scuffs ~ nothing that a little shoe polish couldn't take care of. The leather is still soft. The case, while still in good condition, shows a few more signs of the many hours of use it received. The handle has been replaced and there is no key for the lock. The skates are a great addition to any collection and are ideal for anyone who loves vintage sports memorabilia.
