It is a galloon.Traditional floral design.Fine, delicate quality that is rarely made now. Probably cotton/viscose content. Definitely Cotton in the blend. These are several holes throughout the piece. I have shown some in the photos, but there may be more. It is not in perfect condition.33" across at the center, 34" across along one edge of scallops, almost 35" along the opposite edge. Stored in smoke-free, dust-free, pet-free storage since the 1960's.
