Description: The note on the outside of the box says it's never been used I want to make sure it works till I plugged it in it works and it's old. By looking at the plug-in it appears that somebody plugged it into a bad outlet at one time or another you look like a little bit of carbon on the plug that can be caused by plugging it into a bad outlet of work and getting a small short but I know it's not the fault of this plug without plugging in works fine and then put it back in the box but I plugged it in and it works fine
