Description: Stamped Vulcan Plow, can't exactly make out the number. The wheelwright has five holes for adjusting. It has a broken piece of hitch bar still in it. It seems that those bars tended to break in that spot, since I have another like that. The 10-hole evener hitch is broken, could possibly be welded back. The Wheelwright is 8" long, 4 1/2" wide on the widest end.
