I do not clean toys, unless they are all plastic, plastic does not corrode or rust, so if it appears dirty, it may be, I am not taking the chance of ruining a finish on a vehicle/toy so it appears less-Junky. I will wipe off dust...All coins have a return policy of 14 days, only for those instances that you receive the wrong item. If I send you the wrong item, I will exchange for proper item and pay all shipping costs on the return. Coins in folders or albums may or may not be returned.
