Description: Up for Buy It Now is a very nice, very gently pre-owned Brilhart Tonalin Streamline 5 alto saxophone mouthpiece. This is one of the very rarest of Brilhart's mouthpieces. Furthermore, the low serial number 7192 indicates that it is a very early piece, most likely from the late 1930's or early 1940's. These low serial number pieces just don't come up for sale because so few of them survived the years. But here is one, for you, in very nice condition. This mouthpiece has the number 5 stamped on the front and on the table. The tip, throat, rails, table, baffle, tooth plate, etc are all in nice condition- showing light sign of use. The table shows some light discoloration, likely from a ligature. I have provided 14 images from all angles so you can see the exact condition of this exceptionally rare piece.
