Vintage Bonnie Cashin COACH Stripe Kisslock Frame Double Swinger Ivory Leather

Description: Up for your consideration we are offering an authentic vintage Bonnie Cashin design Coach Double Header Swinger Purse in very good condition. Note some photos taken indoors, some taken outdoors, outdoor photos depict color more accurately. Color is an ivory or bone white. The exterior leather is very clean, I only see one small scratch on the back near the metal frame. The interior striped lining and its stitching are in excellent and very clean condition and dates this purse to the early 70s. The fabric can be pulled upward to clean. Includes small black metal Coach nameplate. The metal frame has some wear to the lacquer finish; the lacquer has a warm tone where it remains. The shoestring style leather straps are in very good clean condition but are slightly uneven in shape due to them being knotted to adjust the drop. The kisslocks operate snugly with a nice confirming 'snap' closure. The underside has 4 peg feet for balance and protection. The frame hinges have a 'B' embossed on them, presumably for the designer Bonnie Cashin. Dimensions: 9.25" H x 5.5" W x 4.5" D. Strap drop: 17". Includes original one-sided embossed leather hang tag.
