Description: A beautiful and very unique to find vintage cotton in a marvelous Indienne inspired botanical pattern. Beautiful colors on a whitish ground.About the 1940's-50's time period. Most likely intended for clothing.Many infuences in this design. Much in the realm of Indienne block printed textiles. I also see some Jacobean, Art Nouveau & Art deco inspiration. Would be lovely in many settings & projects from boho to British colonial etc..A quilting or shirting weight cotton, mid in scale. Very nice unused condition. Probably washed, appears overall clean albeit one small area with a small mark (towards the edge) which may wash, very insignificant, somewhat blends into the pattern. ***Measures~ 36" wide by 32-33" long ~ I can keep your length selected uncut.
