Description: This vintage black enamel Mondaine compact is a stunning piece of art deco design from around the 1930s. (Not sure the exact age but 30s seems likely) There are visible scratches on the outside (see the pictures) It still has its blush/rouge pad/applicator and traces of the rouge and face powder. Clasp still works opens and closes nicely, mirror has age spots on the edge but you can see reflection clearly. This compact is a must-have for collectors of vintage vanity and perfume items.
