It would need to be replaced by a professional, and I cannot guarantee that the screw that I have included with this pair would even fit since the original threads could be damaged. The temples are tight and they are completely wearable as they currently are, so I would suggest leaving them as they are. This is only an aesthetic issue if you are looking for completely original. You would never know it was there looking at them. The lenses are in quite good condition with a lot of light scratches, specks, and other wear. When I wear these glasses, a few light specks on each lens are in my line of sight, but are not a nuisance. I do not know how these defects will affect your vision. Frame is in very good condition but does have some light scratches and minor scuffs. Plastic temples are slightly faded and worn.
