Description: Up for bid is a vintage new old stock pair of curb feelers/curb indicators from AVES Manufacturing in Los Angeles California. They are still in the original packaging, although some open cracks have happened due to the old cellophane type of clear packaging. It shows that the model number is AE 6044 VP. The length of the coiled rod is 10 1/2" long. These were made by AVES Manufacturing in Los Angeles and I think it was located on Route 66, as the address on the package is hard to see without opening the package, but I can see, AVES MANUFACTING COMAPNY LOS ANGELES 66, CALIFORNIA. Note that there is no zip code in the address! These are super cool and for those who remember them, a bit of nostalgia too...my grandfather had them on his gold 1963 Chevy Impala SS Coupe and we could hear those scratching curb feelers when he pulled up to the house if the windows were open...haha These ship free to the USA only via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation...it must be signed for...no exceptions.
