Description: Vintage AS Saint Etienne Football Shirt from the 1970’s (75-76?) Made by Le Coq Sportif. Long Sleeve - 100% Cotton with soft feel flock print. Made In France. My husband bought this in France during the late 1970’s when he was a child. It has been in an airing cupboard for years. It measures 15” pit to pit and 24.5” from collar to pit. The label says ‘0 x 1’. It’s a small size, suitable for a child of around 10-12 I would say, and it’s a very slim narrow fit by the look of it. There are a couple of small holes - one near the right armpit area (picture 11), and another near the bottom on the back (picture 14). The flock print is in a very good condition, with a slight bit of dirt on the ‘C & E’ letters. This will more than likely wash off. This is a very rare football shirt.
