Description: Up for sale is a circa 1910 Down Bros blood transfusion instrument set from London. The case measures approximately 12 inches by 4 inches by 1 1/2 inches. The two front clasps and hinges work as they should. There are a total 13 instruments. The syringe and valves move fine. Although the instruments are in excellent condition I could not find a patient to try it out! This set has been professionally sterilized (autoclaved). I am a surgeon. Be careful.
