Description: Up for auction is a nice vintage art nouveau or art Deco wood hand towel rack with a newer watercolor painting by artist Carol Allison of a house and a wooded area as seen in my photos above. The watercolor is under glass. I am not sure the time. Of the watercolor. I think Carol was a Massachusetts artist or Maryland artist I'm not sure, any information would be great for you appreciated.
