Two metal rings serve as belt loops to hold the apron band. The hand painted face features large moon eyes and there is a tuft of black hair at the front forehead. This doll also features white felt shoes with red felt bows and lace-edged pantaloons/drawers. Good used condition. There is some light wear to some of the facial features. The clothing is somewhat dingy but the red gingham checks are vivid; the apron has some staining in spots. There is an unseamed section in the back center of the dress. Unseamed areas on tied items show fraying which lends more charm to this doll. This doll displays beautifully.
