Very nice vintage condition, no chips or cracks. The four sections all swivel smoothy and the bottom section locks tightly in place. Some light surface scuffs and marks can be seen, all typical of age and use. The overall height is approximately 4.5" with a 5" diameter, each section is 1" in height.
