By the Construction it could have been homesewn but it is late 1940's to Early 1950's. It should be able to fit Small to Large. It has a metal hook and eye clasp at the top. The front Stole drops measure 26.5" from the Shoulder and the back measures 18". Shoulders will go to 19".
