It has Soviet Union Coat of Arms with Hammer & Sickle with Red Star. It is made in USSR out of polyester from outside and cardboard inside. Size is 9.5 (without fringe) x 5 inches. The pennant is in very good vintage condition. It was used for many years and because of this it might have some minor imperfections (see pictures). Great for any collection.
