I am not a seamstress and not very familiar with measurements so I did the best I can. Armpit to armpit is 13", waist is 12 3/4", hips are 16", and length to longest point is 39". Has an elastic type lining for small breast size, it obviously wouldn't fit my mannequin, I would estimate a size 1-4, just from remembering my younger years! Beautiful, vintage dress.
