Vintage 1970`s Continental DC-310 Nylon string classical guitar/Case

Description: Vintage Continental DC-310 Nylon string classical guitar with Case This vintage DC-310 is from the 1970`s and made in Korea. I have done a full tech set up on it. Plays and sounds great, please refer to tech notes below: s/n# L3090275 Tech Notes: Fretboard has been leveled, beveled, and crowned as needed. Frets have been hand polished. Fretboard has been conditioned with Dunlop 65 Lemon oil. The body and neck have been cleaned, cream of Carnauba wax, and Dunlop 65 polish. The tuners have been cleaned, adjusted, and lubricated. Removed the bridge to sand off the finish to bare wood to glue the bridge properly and securely (refer to pictures of restoration). Filed a new unbleached bone ridge saddle. The original nut was in great condition and filed to .020 for each string at the 1rst fret. The neck relief is .020 at the 8th fret (guitar has no adjusted truss rod). Restrung with D`Addario EJ27N .028-.043 strings. Filed down the new bridge saddle as low as it will go for ease of playing. The action is at 8/64” on the treble side and 9/64” at the bass side. Action very low for each string at the nut and gradually increases up the neck. All notes ring out clearly open and up the fretboard for all strings with no fret buzz. Intonations is accurate at the 12th fret harmonic and fretted notes for each string. The guitar has a fine patina and some minor scuffs and dings given its age being over 50 years old.
