His wooden head is attached to his body with a spring that allows his head to bob as the toy is pulled. The jalopy has a yellow plastic front grill, windshild and folded down convertable top attached to the back. The jalopy rolls on 4 balloon-type plastic wheels that are off-centered to make the jalopy wobble as it rolls. The jalopy makes a "click clack" sound as it is pulled by its yellow pull string.
