Description: Here from Italy is a pair of 7-1/2' Valley Forge scissors/shears.They were made in the 1960s and have "Pittsburgh Public Schools" stamped on them. They are in very good shape with the outsides of the blades still in a highly polished condition. The inside of the blades show a tiny bit of tarnish.
