Vintage 1960-62 #978 Barbie "Let's Dance" original with extras!

Description: You are viewing a vintage #978 Mattel “Let’s Dance” outfit which was manufactured for Barbie from 1960-62. So cute! While the outfit is not complete, it does include the original lovely dress and purse. The shoes and neckpiece I have included are new (not vintage). I just couldn’t let her go to the dance with bare feet! The dress is held on by a tie at the neck and snap at the waist. Both secure and working. I have included a photo of the dress inside out so you can see label and seams. All look good. The white purse is original but has lost the button closure. The clasp is secure….but it needs that little button to close. I am no seamstress or I might have attempted it. Alas, I fear that will be up to you. Part of our family collection, this outfit was gently used and came from a smoke free home. There is a normal amount of seam fray but overall, a very crisp outfit.
