The box has its original string/ribbon tie closures attached to the bod. Approximate measurements of oval box 16.25 inches length; 13.5 inches width and 7 inch height. This vintage Black Hat Box would make an attractive display for room decor; or be a handsome stage prop. Not to mention this would be a valuable addition for anyone collecting vintage Cavanagh hats or storing their hat collection. Very good pre-owned condition showing minimal shelf wear. No holes, no tears, no deep scratches. Original string ties still attached. Interior cardboard hat holder still in box. Original Parcel Post mailing label affixed to top of box completed with fountain pen ink. The box is sturdy with no structural issues. Please see all photos for details and condition.
