Description: Vintage late 1940s/early 1950s Topps Chewing Gum 1/4 Certificate for premiums & prizes. These were given to retailers who sold Topps products as sales incentives. Certificates like this one were redeemable for promotional products and premiums such as tobacco pipes, watches, Sunbeam Mixmasters, toasters, Sessions clocks, Thermoses, Westinghouse irons, nylon stockings and much more. Each has a unique serial number as well as an expiration date of Jan. 30, 1949 or March 30, 1951. These have never been redeemed so they are in new, never-used condition. They show only very minor age. This is a rare find and we have a small number of these available at $6.00 each, shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Multiples shipped at no extra charge.
