Vintage 1941 Singer 221 Featherweight Sewing Machine Works Great Complete Extras

Description: Here for auction is a very, very nice vintage Singer 221-1, Featherweight sewing machine. Comes with its case, booklet, oil, a number of bobbins and a number of attachments as well and as shown . The machine works great and has been tested. Runs a stitch very well. Has been fitted with a brand new Superbelt from The Featherweight Shop. The machine has been oiled in approx 30 places as directed, with Sew Retro grease from the featherweight shop. The inside of the machine is quite nice but has not been deep cleaned per se. The outside of the machine appears to be quite clean to the touch. The bulb is working. The case shows some minor wear from use in places but is still very respectable. Handle and latches work as they should with no issues. The serial number is: AF742082 which I believe dates this to 1941 with a commission date of January 7. A super nice 221 machine in wonderful working order. I offer this as found and as shown and have done my best to describe it. Please read all of my description and look at all of the images as they are an important part of the description.
