Description: This is a vintage 10K yellow gold Phi Kappa Psi (Phi Psi) Pledge Badge. The Phi Kappa Psi fraternity was founded at Jefferson College in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania on February 19th, 1852. The Epsilon California Chapter was the 73rd Chapter of Phi Psi. It was established in 1931 at University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA). This pin is engraved on the back "Kenneth F Proctor California Epsilon October 15, 1944" Name, Chapter, and Initiation date. This badge is approximately 17 mm long by 15 mm wide, and weights approximately 5.0 grams. This pin has a knuckle clasp which is true to its age. The badge is not marked but has been acid tested and will be guaranteed as 10K gold. This pin is used but overall its in great condition. See photos for details.
