Description: Here for your consideration is an older 1940s dress. The top is a soft cotton velvet and the bottom is a taffeta like ribbon material. The dress is in need of some repairs so selling as is for a TLC piece. the top back has all the buttons missing. The underarms are ripping and will need repair. There is one little run on the ribbon of the skirt. The skirt overall is in good shape. The dress has a side metal zipper. I would estimate this around a small or even XS based on the sizes. Here are the measurements with the dress flat and taken from one side. Shoulders 13.5" Arm pit to pit 17" waist 14" Length 41". All the flaws are pictured. Selling as is for repair or TLC
