Description: Vintage 1930s Dresden Plate Floral Variation Quilt. The fabrics used for these flowers are bright, playful and colorful and the quilt makes a great visual statement. Measures 86 x 88 inches. I cannot tell whether there is a thin layer of batting inside, but the quilt has some weight to it because the fabric used is a heavy type fabric, so when you fold up the quilt, it is heavier than it looks. Large quilt blocks. Probably some combination of hand stitched and machine stitched. It would look amazing on a large wall, and would also make a beautiful bedspread and focal point for a room. Some light stains which are included in the photographs. Back also has some light stains.
