Two are signed by George Howell Gay. George Howell Gay (born 1858 - passed 1931) was active/lived in New York, Wisconsin. George Gay is known for marine/surf, coastal scenes and landscape painting. He was well known for his watercolor landscapes, seascapes and paintings of rivers and ships, mostly along the shores of New England. Three frames match, the other two blend beautifully and all are very lightly gilded.
