Description: This wonderful 1930's Porch Light is made of cast iron and holds a great old Glass Craftsman shade. This shade is rare in that it is one of the largest shades in this style we have seen. Generally they are 6" diameter and this one is 8". As shown this shade is Clear frosted glass with clear lines. This porch ceiling light will add a warm welcome to your Mission, Gothic, Bungalow or Art & Crafts home. I used a bright white bulb for the photos, but a warm glow LED bulb would be beautiful. The light was made in the 1930's. Both the fixture and the shade are in fantastic condition for age. The cast iron fixture has been rewired with a new UL Listed socket and tested for safety. Three screws hold the shade for easy removal to replace light bulb. Measurements: Length: 10 1/4" total length Diameter of the shade: 8" Across Ceiling Canopy: 6 3/8" diameter It takes one standard medium base light bulb, up to 60 watts. If you prefer more light you may choose to use and LED bulb which will provide more light with less wattage and heat. The light bulb is not included, but we will include the hanging hardware. The antique glass shade is in good condition, no chips or cracks. It does have all new UL Listed electrical wiring. Look closely at all of my photos, this porch light has many wonderful details.
