Description: This beautiful cotton variable stars quilt is all hand pieced and hand quilted, with a chrome yellow background.It measures 72" X 86" and is in excellent condition, with the occasional light age spot and no wear. The hand quilting is superb, with straight line, grid, and vine and braided designs quilted in the background, all at an even 9-10 stitches to the inch. The back is white, the treadle machine stitched binding is double pink, and the batting is thin. The quilt came out of the Toledo, Ohio area.
