Featuring a lacy, pierced design, it is mounted with two Ruby stones, one Diamond, and one Sapphire - assuming this is a "Mother's Pin", intended to celebrate the birth of each new child by mounting the appropriate month-stone onto the pin. Bearing a bar and roller locking closure, it is stamped finely 14K ESEMCO as shown - stones are hand mounted via tiny watchmaker's nails through the back. I had this jeweler tested to make sure, and the stones were also verified to be real.
