Description: Welcome to ANALOGIC MCPurveyors of quality audiophile items for over 35 years, we have served the audiophile community her on eBay for over 20 years.About this item:This tape comes from the finest collection of vintage R2Rs we have had the privilege to represent during our existence as purveyors of vintage audiophile formats. While the collection has been under our control/protection for over twenty years, and a few select tapes have been offered by us from this collection over the past few years, we will now be making the entire collection (over a thousand titles) available starting this September. The tapes have been stored by us in climate-controlled condition and each tape was sealed in mylar bags at the time of our receipt of these tapes. Note - no tape currently offered by us here on eBay comes from this collection unless it is identified IN THE SOLICITATION as such. The vast majority of these tapes and reels are in Excellent to Near Mint condition; the condition of the boxes vary from Very Good to Near Mint/Mint or Sealed, with the majority in the EX/NM category (we have provided photos in each listing, along with textual description). Since the collection is so large, we do not have the time or employee power to listen to every tape, but we are confident in the quality and our descriptions, given the source of the original collection. Each tape will be checked after purchase to ensure the description is accurate, and the buyer will be provided an update if any unexpected flaws surface in this final inspection; the buyer will then be given an opportunity to cancel the transaction (by request) before the tape(s) are shipped. Given the highly collectible nature of many of these tapes, once a tape is sold/purchased, a final inspection done and the tape is shipped and delivered, there will be no negotiation for any adjustment to the original sales figure after receipt of the tape by the buyer. While most listings will be provided the ‘Make Offer’ option, it is our general policy to use that option primarily for the purpose of facilitating negotiations for discounts on multi-item purchase invoices. If you wish to purchase more than one title, please use the ‘Add to cart’ option (rather than the ‘Buy It Now’ link); you can then make a request for a modified purchase invoice with a combined shipping figure, the calculation of which is based on total weight and indemnity value of the shipment._______________________________________________________________Various – What's Shakin'Label:Elektra – EKS-74002Format:Reel-To-Reel, 7 ½ ips, ¼", 4-Track Stereo, 7" Cine Reel, Compilation, AmpexCountry:USReleased:1966Possibly the best company compilation of the era.
