Description: Vintage "Fan" doll inspired by the 1933 stories for children by Valrie McMahan.The head and body have a distinctive baseball stitch with a baseball held in the right hand.The eyes are slightly sunken and have large black pupils and upper lashes in addition to thin eyebrows, button nose and cupie lips. This composition doll is embossed, marked V McMN on the back of the head. It has a jointed head and banded support for the legs and arms. Mild crazing seen on the entire surface.
