Description: Valentines Vintage Turtle figuring on Red Paper Heart with text "I've flipped for you!" The turtle figurine is glued down on the heart shaped paper, which is as thick as cardstock. Figuring has some crazing and the paint is starting to chip / flake off throughout. The paper heart it sits in has signs of wear. It has creases and the top layer behing the turtle head's has ripped off. Also has water stains on the bottom and tear where it had tape. Please see photos. Figurine measures approx 3" Heart bottom measures approx 4" x 4"
