The Barsam Single Mirror Gonio Lens consists of a truncated cone made of high impact plastic with one ground and polished mirror inclined at 60 degrees to the front surface plane. The posterior surface is ground and polished with a diameter of 13mm to fit the cornea. The external border is grooved to accommodate a slip ring and handle (included) which facilitates rotation of the lens with the index finger of either hand while examining the patient at the slit lamp. It is an ideal lens for use on children or those patients with small palpebral fissures. A walnut instrument case is provided.
