Description: used Bird E-Scooter, lock and charger included I got this scooter as an incoming freshman at ASU this past September, and it’s been a total game changer, however I’m leaving ASU for good at the end of the semester and returning home, so I have no need for it anymore. I have long walks to class that would normally take over 20 minutes, but with this scooter it takes less than 5. It’s a very smooth ride and has a top speed of 30 kmph, including two alternative modes that lower the maximum speed for riders that may not want to go that fast. These modes are simply controlled by the lone button on the digital speedometer and battery screen at the center of the handles, which displays your speed at all times, and the remaining battery. Also controlled by this button is the headlights, which have multiple different brightness and flashing configurations. There is also a taillight that automatically flashes when you brake. The battery is excellent, as it fully charges in under an hour, and will last days even if you use it a couple times per day. Because I keep the lock attached to the scooter pretty much at all times, there is quite a bit of scraping (photos included) however this is only a cosmetic defect. The scooter is still in excellent condition mechanically and I have no reason to believe this will change any time soon. The scooter itself was bought for $500 (charger included), and the lock was $50 (bought separately).
