They relate to world competitions, preparation of athletes for the Olympic Games, the IAAF, TAC, AAU, USATF and more. The USATF was known between 1979 and 1992 as The Athletics Congress TAC. This pin states: The Athletics Congress TAC USA. The pin is approximately 13/16 of an inch by approximately 1 inch.
