Description: It appears that something was spilled on the styrofoam packaging which has left some staining. And the Certificate of Authenticity, which was sealed in it's plastic envelope, had a tear in it. I opened the envelope and there is some staining to the certificate. HOWEVER, the locomotive and tender are in NEW MINT CONDITION. I tested the loco and it works fine. The flags remain in their sealed plastic as seen in my last photo. These are On30 scale 2-6-0.
