This journal was used to describe dates, meetings, people, and more. There are many different types of ephemera within the journal from old notes and some love letters, photographs, old wrappers to even some gloves, handkerchiefs, and dried flowers and leaves! >>This is extremely delicate and will need extreme care when handling. Discoloration and some staining to the pages and covers seen. The cover shows signs of moderate to excessive wear and damage (most notably on the back cover). Again, use extreme caution when handling due to the damage to the covers and the continued deterioration that will happen from age. The back quarter or so of the pages are blank (minus the last few pages). >> Animal bites to the back which extend through quite a few pages, mostly blank. Water staining and damage is seen to a few pages. There is quite a bit of dust and debris buildup inside the journal (a few of the pages, like the first few, have a black dust on it, can be wiped away, most likely dust or likewise). Heavy must smell from storage. Because of the amount of unique pages within the journal, we have created a video over on YouTube under our channel, Glass Dog Auctions that details all pages within the journal! >> Additional pictures can be sent upon request. >> We will do our best to preserve as much as possible during transport. Due to how many inserts are inside the journal, it will be shipped just as it has been stored for forty plus years (with the contents inside). Our apologies for all of the necessary verbiage, but we wanted to cover all basis due to the both unique nature of the journal and the unfortunate condition it is in.
