Description: 12.00 12.00 12.00 An uncommon WWII "National Used Car Exchange Week", patriotic decal stamp. During WWII there were very limited or no new cars for civilians on the home front the factories were busy making vehicles and trucks for the military war effort. To help meet the civilian demands there was a National Used Car Exchange Week set up to help civilians in need to acquire a used vehicle to use. The decal has a shield and states "WE'RE COOPERATING, NATIONAL USED CAR EXCHANGE WEEK" The small decal is 1 1/4 x 1 3/8 inches in size and is in nice condition with most of the original glue on the back.
