These fit the Ruger SUPER Blackhalwk Only, they will not fit the Blackhawk or vaquero, they will ft on both the older 3 screw and newer grip frms. The screw is included, and since these grips have never been mounted the screw may need to be trimmed. LOOK at the Photos Closely, on a full size COMPUTER screen not your small Phone.
