Assembly instructions: Simply unscrew the two side knobs on the adjustable headband and insert the yellow sun visor onto the pegs, then reinstall the two side knobs and tighten. To install the face shield on the visor first remove the protective film on both side of the shield, then slip the shield over the center rivet, bend one side of the shield around and slip the slots on the shield over the two pivots and twist them a quarter turn to lock it in place. Bend the shield around to the other side and do the same thing. You are now finished. You can adjust the top strap to your comfort and turn the back knob to tighten or loosen the headband to your comfort. The visor easily flips up or down as needed and stays in place in either position.
