So that you can do multiple exercises on it !! It also can be taken apart and shipped so that it saves on shipping pricing !!! Big time. You can also just come pick it up locally ! But it will still need to be taken apart to get it out of my basement ! I have a dry basement where I was using it it’s been in storage there for some years now!! It cleaned up nicely and the paint and body is in really nice condition ! Good enough to be inside a commercial gym !!!
